1 PAYMENTS
A deposit of £100 per person is required to secure all bookings.
All monies for holidays booked must be paid in full 4 weeks before departure date; failure to do so could result in alteration or cancellation of chosen holiday.
Cancellation charges (% of deposit refunded): over 56 days - 75%; 44-56 days - 50%; 28-44 days - 25%; less than 28 days - 0%.
2 CONDUCT
When booking a holiday with Tadpole, you accept full responsibility for yourself or any member of your party. Damage to any property or total disregard to the cleaning procedures explained to you in resort and in your welcome pack, will result in total loss of your £100 deposit. Eviction from your accommodation will also end any contract/ association with Tadpole Holidays.
3 INSURANCE
All clients must ensure they have personal winter holiday insurance prior to departure. Proof of cover is required.
4 ACCOMODATION
We endeavour to have your accommodation ready for your arrival however this is not always possible. Your accommodation will be normally available at 4pm on day of arrival.
5 VACATION
We request that you vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. Storage facilities for luggage are available on request.
6 CLEANING
We ask that you leave the accommodation as you found it (a £100 deposit will be held by Tadpole), failure to do so will result in part/ total loss of deposit. This will be at the discretion of Tadpole staff. The lead name of the booking is responsible for the accommodation state.
7 COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints about any aspect of your holiday, please notify a member of staff as soon as possible so that we can give the problem our prompt attention |
